Limitations and Custom Orders
Every flooring project is unique according to the textures, finishes, sizes, and colors you choose. Changes are restricted after an order is confirmed and the materials are acquired.
To guarantee precision:
- Verify dimensions and specifications when we visit the location.
- Before completing, verify your chosen color, texture, and layout one more time.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Within 48 hours of installation, please report any damaged or erroneous material that was delivered. Considering the problem, we will provide:
- A free fix or modification
- Replacement of defective items
- A partial refund (only in cases when rework is not practical)
Cancellations and Booking Changes
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation without any charge.
After 24 hours:
- A cancellation fee may apply (depends on the materials ordered)
- If installation work has begun, refund options become limited
Not Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations because of the nature of custom flooring:
- After approval or after work has begun, the client changes their mind.
- Customer-provided incorrect measurements or specs
- A little color change brought on by variations in the screen or lighting
- Damage to the flooring brought on by misuse or inadequate care
